TRUCKSUR SL Management, aware of the importance of Quality in the service delivery process and seeking Total Customer Satisfaction, offers:

    In order for this Policy to be appropriate to the organization's purpose and to comply with Applicable Legal Requirements and any other standards that it subscribes to, it must at all times be the framework for establishing and reviewing the system's objectives, which will be set annually and will be subject to periodic monitoring.

    In order to guarantee the optimal functioning of the Integrated Management System established according to ISO 9001:2015 and to ensure the availability of resources for the effective functioning of the processes, it has been decided to delegate to the System Manager, as a representative of Management, sufficient authority and freedom to ensure that the Integrated System is established and developed, as well as to detect problems and recommend and initiate solutions to them.

    For TRUCKSUR SL, social responsibility encompasses the following:

It seeks to strengthen leadership by raising the level of professionalization of workers and promoting practical education through agreements with educational institutions for vocational training.

    This Policy will be disseminated by the System Manager to personnel involved in the provision of services, so that once understood, it is applied and maintained on a daily basis at all levels of the organization. It will also be displayed on the information boards of all TRUCKSUR SL. Offices, as a demonstration of our commitment to our customers, suppliers and society in general.

    Management commits to periodically reviewing this Policy in the System Reviews, in order to adapt objectives to customer requirements and customer satisfaction criteria and continuous improvement of service delivery processes and to verify that it remains appropriate to the nature, magnitude and environmental impacts of our activities.
